Which plan should I choose?
Choose Managed for the website, hosting and technical upkeep. Choose Managed+ if you want two small content requests each billing month. Choose Autopilot for those requests plus RC’s proprietary growth intelligence, applied through one scoped monthly review and approved improvement cycle. Every plan includes the same standard five-page website. You can open each plan’s full details before checkout.
Can I start without an existing website?
Yes. Start your first website, replace an existing site from any platform, or bring an unfinished AI draft. Choose a plan first, then describe your starting point in the paid website brief. We use supported RC components and your content; importing arbitrary draft code unchanged is not promised.
What does a standard website include?
Up to five public pages, one standard contact form, supported embeds, your supplied text and images, responsive layout, hosting, HTTPS, technical upkeep and baseline search/accessibility checks. After each 12 successfully paid months, one bounded refresh of the included pages is available. Extra pages, stores, logins, custom integrations and original long-form copy need separate scope and approval.
When does billing start?
Your first payment is due at checkout, before the website brief and work. The plan renews monthly until you cancel future renewal. Prices are per website in USD, with applicable tax included, for US customers. There is no standard setup fee, free trial or annual commitment. Autopilot’s first cycle covers setup, a baseline and a recommendation; implementation follows initial website and scope approval.
How do the two content requests work?
Managed+ and Autopilot include two small requests each paid billing month, with one active at a time and no rollover. A request covers up to three related text, photo, link or hours edits on one existing page in its current layout. Initial in-scope draft corrections, RC defects and the annual refresh are separate. The full plan page explains active-work timing and required inputs.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
You can cancel future renewal and keep ordinary paid service through the period already paid. Review the effective date and amount before confirming a plan change in website billing. A submitted request is not a confirmed financial outcome; your account shows the retained result. Delivery failures have separate recovery and refund terms.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay with its current registrar. We prepare the website while your old site and email continue working, then show the exact proposed domain change for your approval. We preserve existing email settings. Business email and mailbox migration are separate services.
What if I need a new domain?
After website payment, we help you choose and purchase a domain directly through Cloudflare in an account you control. We show the initial price and annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Domain charges are separate from the website plan. Account setup, verification and payment may need guided steps; buying the website does not purchase a domain automatically.
What do I own, and can another developer take over?
You own your domain and supplied content. Once your completed paid website is delivered, you receive perpetual rights to use, modify and let another developer operate that website’s supplied code and runtime. You can download a working package with permitted assets, data and instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. RC retains ownership of the reusable Framework; the license is for your website, not unrelated sites.
Is there an export fee or a deadline?
There is no export or exit fee, and no 12-month wait for a delivered website’s license. Keep a copy outside RC. When service ends, downloads remain available for 30 elapsed days; request help within that window and we provide the export within three business days after verifying ownership. A timely request stays open until fulfilled. The deadline does not expire a retained copy or its license. Future hosting, support and updates are separate, and optional migration labor is quoted separately. You do not need the $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription site.
