Your agreed pages and content
Map the pages in scope and reuse permitted copy and images. The standard plan includes up to five public pages and one standard contact form; larger archives need a separate migration scope.
Your domain and existing email
Keep the domain with its current registrar. Review the exact DNS changes separately from website approval. Existing mailbox records are preserved; mailbox migration and business email are separate services.
Your links and search setup
Keep page addresses where supported, and plan redirects for agreed changed addresses. Review titles, descriptions, sitemap and crawl settings. Search rankings and traffic are never guaranteed.
A preview before publication
Keep your old site available while we prepare a separate preview. Check the pages, forms and links, then approve the exact version and the domain switch. Retain old hosting and backups until the move is checked.

WordPress themes, plugins and custom code do not automatically transfer. Stores, memberships, logins, bespoke booking and integrations need an agreed solution and a separate quote when outside the standard scope.

Will you copy my WordPress installation?
We recreate the agreed website using supported RC Framework sections and your permitted content. We do not promise to import WordPress code, themes, plugins or an arbitrary database unchanged. Up to five public pages and one standard contact form are included. We review unsupported features and quote any extra work before you approve it.
Can I keep my pages, photos and website address?
Yes, within the agreed scope and your rights to the content. Keep the domain in your account. We map the pages being moved, reuse permitted copy/images and plan redirects for changed page addresses where supported. Larger content migrations need separate scope; we do not promise to reproduce an unlimited archive in the standard plan.
What happens to my old website during the move?
Keep it available while we prepare a separate preview. Review the included pages, forms and links before approving publication. The domain switch needs its own approval of the exact proposed changes. Keep your old hosting and backups until the new site has been checked and you are ready to retire the old service.
What happens to WordPress plugins or custom features?
A supported embed or standard form may replace a simple feature. Shops, memberships, logins, bespoke booking systems and integrations need an agreed solution and separate quote when outside the standard scope. We explain what carries over, what changes and what is separate before implementing additional work.
Do I need a free review before buying?
No. Choose Managed, Managed+ or Autopilot and pay through the selected-plan checkout, then provide your website brief. Optional help is available if you need to discuss a custom feature or scope first. A help request does not buy a subscription or authorize a domain change.
Will migration preserve my search rankings?
We include baseline page titles, descriptions, sitemap and crawl settings, and review supported redirects for changed addresses. Search engines decide indexing and rankings; a rebuild is not a guarantee of traffic, leads or a particular position. The preview and launch checks record what was actually verified.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay with its current registrar. We prepare the website while your old site and email continue working, then show the exact proposed domain change for your approval. We preserve existing email settings. Business email and mailbox migration are separate services.
What if I need a new domain?
After website payment, we help you choose and purchase a domain directly through Cloudflare in an account you control. We show the initial price and annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Domain charges are separate from the website plan. Account setup, verification and payment may need guided steps; buying the website does not purchase a domain automatically.
What do I own, and can another developer take over?
You own your domain and supplied content. Once your completed paid website is delivered, you receive perpetual rights to use, modify and let another developer operate that website’s supplied code and runtime. You can download a working package with permitted assets, data and instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. RC retains ownership of the reusable Framework; the license is for your website, not unrelated sites.
Is there an export fee or a deadline?
There is no export or exit fee, and no 12-month wait for a delivered website’s license. Keep a copy outside RC. When service ends, downloads remain available for 30 elapsed days; request help within that window and we provide the export within three business days after verifying ownership. A timely request stays open until fulfilled. The deadline does not expire a retained copy or its license. Future hosting, support and updates are separate, and optional migration labor is quoted separately. You do not need the $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription site.
