The storage we use, what each entry does, and how to change your choice. Optional analytics stays off until you accept it.

The short version
This site uses one non-essential cookie, for analytics, and it does nothing until you accept it. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, and no third-party embeds phoning home on page load. If you reject analytics, no analytics code is downloaded at all. It is not merely switched off after loading.
“Cookies” below is shorthand for cookies and equivalent browser storage such as localStorage, since the rules are the same either way.
Strictly necessary
These are exempt from consent because the site cannot do what you asked without them. They carry no advertising or cross-site tracking function.

Analytics: off until you accept
We use PostHog to measure page categories, offer and duration selections, calls-to-action and inquiry progress, including failed attempts. Broad referral categories help us understand how people find us. Only explicitly defined events are captured after consent; earlier activity is not replayed later. Names, contact details, message contents, raw URLs and query strings are excluded. Session recording, surveys and automatic text capture are disabled. Online session purchases also have defined events for the current purchase step, checkout attempts and failures, Google scheduling clicks, and acknowledged help requests. We exclude order references, payment amounts, intake contents and booking URLs.

If you withdraw consent, we stop capturing immediately and delete the PostHog cookies from your browser without waiting for a page reload.
If your browser cannot save the cookie preference, your choice lasts for the current page only and we may ask again after a reload. If browser storage cannot be read, analytics stays off.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of analytics and do not show you a banner at all. You can still opt in deliberately using the control below if you want to.
What we don't use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, and no ad-network pixels.
- No social media tracking widgets. Links to LinkedIn and Medium are plain links that do nothing until you click them.
- No third-party font requests. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not tell a font provider that you were here.
- No session recording, heatmaps, or keystroke capture.
- No selling or sharing of data for advertising purposes.
Change your choice
Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and takes effect right away. The Cookie settings link in the footer of every page does the same thing.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser has controls under Privacy or Site settings, and most offer a way to clear data for a single site. Blocking the strictly necessary items may mean the security check on our forms fails, or that we ask about analytics again on every visit because there is nowhere to record your answer.
