Your review uses the inputs available to your business. The monthly deliverable is one scoped website improvement cycle. Ad spend, paid third-party services, new custom integrations and campaign management are separate.

The first recommendation is due within three business days after required inputs and access are complete. Business days count 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Chicago time, Monday–Friday, excluding observed US federal holidays. Missing customer inputs pause only affected work; RC staffing delays do not pause your clock.

We review your website alongside relevant business signals, challenge the recommendations and prioritize one change. You receive the reasoning, a tested preview and a clear record of the approved work. The internal technology supports the service; you do not need to manage it.
Which business signals can inform my review?
Search performance, visitor behavior, revenue, campaign context, website reliability and customer feedback can inform the review where relevant data and authorized access are available. We agree useful inputs during setup. A business without those connections can still begin with its website, goals and observable issues. Every review states which evidence was available.
Does $99 include advertising or every connected service?
The plan includes the website, Managed+ content allowance and one scoped website improvement cycle. Campaign and revenue data can inform that cycle; ad spend, paid third-party subscriptions, new custom integrations and hands-on campaign management are separate. We agree any additional scope and cost before work begins. Autopilot does not authorize ad-budget, pricing or billing changes.
Will you change my live site automatically?
No. Autopilot is the service name, not permission to publish. We recommend one scoped improvement, prepare a preview after you approve the scope, and publish only after you approve that exact preview. Your account shows the decision and resulting change.
What happens in the first paid month?
Billing starts at checkout, before work begins. The first cycle covers service setup, a baseline and one prioritized recommendation, prepared within three business days after the required inputs and access are complete. Its in-scope improvement follows approval of both your initial website and the proposed change. The first payment does not promise an immediate live improvement.
What is included in later monthly cycles?
One review, one prioritized recommendation, one scoped improvement using existing pages and supported components, an approved preview, publication with your approval and a short report. We provide the recommendation within three business days after the paid cycle starts and required inputs are available. After scope approval, the preview is due within three business days. The report follows within two business days of publication.
What if my website has very little traffic?
We can use observed technical, content, accessibility or usability issues to recommend useful work. We distinguish an observation from a hypothesis about business results. A controlled experiment needs suitable data and an agreed method; we do not call a low-data result a conclusive conversion test.
Do you guarantee rankings, traffic or more sales?
No. The plan provides the defined service cycle, not a guarantee of rankings, citations, traffic, leads or sales. Reports state what was observed and changed. Any claimed result needs supporting evidence; an improvement hypothesis is not a measured uplift.
Are my two content requests separate?
Yes. The Managed+ allowance remains separate from the proactive cycle: two small requests each paid billing month, up to three related text/photo/link/hours edits on one existing page in its current layout. One request is active at a time; unused requests do not roll over. Eligible requests are due within two business days after they are active and their inputs/access are complete. Initial draft corrections, annual refreshes and RC-caused defects do not use this allowance or count again as a paid improvement.
Is this unlimited development or copywriting?
No. One scoped improvement cycle and two small content requests are included per paid billing month. Your standard site has up to five public pages. New pages, bespoke functionality, integrations, redesigns and original long-form copywriting need a separate scope and price. We agree the proposed improvement before implementation.
What if I am not ready to approve a change?
The prepared change remains available while waiting for your approval, but waiting does not accumulate extra improvements or bank future cycles. Before renewal, we explain the work completed and inputs still needed. You can cancel future renewal. Missing customer inputs pause only the affected work; RC staffing delays do not pause a promised deadline.
Is the website itself included in $99?
Yes. Start fresh, replace an old site or bring an unfinished AI draft. The standard five-page website, your content, contact form, supported embeds, hosting, HTTPS, technical upkeep, baseline search/accessibility setup and bounded annual refresh are included. The price is USD per website per month, including applicable tax, for US customers. There is no standard setup fee, free trial or annual commitment. Domains, email, paid third-party services and extra scope are separate.
What happens if RC cannot deliver?
We contact you within 24 hours of a reported delivery problem. If RC cannot deliver the purchased service, we refund it and stop future renewal. If an RC-caused initial delivery failure remains unresolved before the next charge, we stop collection while we resolve or refund it. Initial in-scope draft corrections retain their separate 24-elapsed-hour commitment after complete notes and inputs.
Can I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your existing domain can stay with its current registrar. We prepare the website while your old site and email continue working, then show the exact proposed domain change for your approval. We preserve existing email settings. Business email and mailbox migration are separate services.
What if I need a new domain?
After website payment, we help you choose and purchase a domain directly through Cloudflare in an account you control. We show the initial price and annual renewal price before you approve a purchase. Domain charges are separate from the website plan. Account setup, verification and payment may need guided steps; buying the website does not purchase a domain automatically.
What do I own, and can another developer take over?
You own your domain and supplied content. Once your completed paid website is delivered, you receive perpetual rights to use, modify and let another developer operate that website’s supplied code and runtime. You can download a working package with permitted assets, data and instructions for supported Cloudflare hosting in your own account. RC retains ownership of the reusable Framework; the license is for your website, not unrelated sites.
Is there an export fee or a deadline?
There is no export or exit fee, and no 12-month wait for a delivered website’s license. Keep a copy outside RC. When service ends, downloads remain available for 30 elapsed days; request help within that window and we provide the export within three business days after verifying ownership. A timely request stays open until fulfilled. The deadline does not expire a retained copy or its license. Future hosting, support and updates are separate, and optional migration labor is quoted separately. You do not need the $599 self-hosted service to export a delivered subscription site.
Does exporting include ongoing Autopilot service?
No. A delivered website’s retained code and runtime license can continue independently. RC’s ongoing reviews, automation, managed hosting, updates, support and labor are subscription services. Ordinary cancellation stops future renewal and keeps paid service through the paid period; future operation in your own account has its own hosting and support costs.
