Eliseo Robles

I founded Robles Consulting to help founders, operators, and investors make difficult technical decisions and turn the right decisions into production systems. My work spans architecture, software engineering, cloud infrastructure, AI, and technical due diligence.

I also serve as Chief Technology Officer at NurivaTech AI. There, my public work includes smartphone-based computer vision and biomechanics systems, model evaluation, and the engineering discipline required to distinguish measured results from plausible AI output.

Across advisory and implementation work, I use a crawl, walk, run approach: establish the decision and evidence first, deliver useful increments, and scale only after the system proves its value. I am based in Texas and work with a remote-first team.
